• Recurring Billing: The subscription fee will be billed automatically on each monthly renewal date. You acknowledge that the timing of these charges may vary and that you are responsible for payment of all fees.

  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until the expiration of the then-current subscription term.
